Thanks to my work at EUROSOFT-Control, I’ve visited many countries around the world. I’ll never forget the Gigafactory in the USA where Tesla batteries are produced. I was delighted to participate in the development of one of the largest manufacturing plants in the world.

I found a job advertisement for EUROSOFT-Control on the Internet in 2013. I liked the idea to explore new areas of automation. I’ll never forget my first business trip to the USA to work on my first project for BMW. I’m still really grateful to Mr Pašek, the CEO, for believing in me.
I create software for PLC according to customer standards. At the same time, I’m responsible for the production lines optimization and efficiency increase. Very often I communicate with our customers directly as there is a poor or incomplete specification and I also deal with current situations on the running lines which need to be solved immediately.
No two days are ever the same, and there’s usually a surprise waiting for me. Each project brings new challenges because each customer uses a different software standard.
But thanks to this I constantly learn all the advantages and disadvantages of individual standards and gain irreplaceable experience. I truly enjoy the variety of my work.
I like the idea of a successful result and a finished product. I know that whatever I learn, I'll definitely use in another project. My work at EUROSOFT-Control has already led me around the world and I’ve worked for really big names such as BMW, Škoda/VW, Volvo or Scania.
I’m proud to work for a company that has such a good reputation at its customers and management has a friendly approach to their employees.
