Corporate Culture

Our corporate culture is based on the values ​​that we consider important in life. We have decided to summarize these values ​​into one basic document. Our company is growing, and we care that its products continue to be of high quality. Our employees should be confident that the company is concerned with good interpersonal relationships at all its workplaces and with respect for moral and ethical values.

Purpose of the company

We are a company based on technology. We breathe life into machines and technologies. We supply our products in top quality, and we want to keep this level. We value our customers' trust and good references. We follow new technological procedures and we care for further education. We want to maintain the favor of existing clients and we want to get others to help us grow further.

Productivity

We attempt to be quick and efficient. We make maximum use of all our skills and abilities to increase our productivity and competitiveness and to be able to ensure the long-term economic growth of the company. We use working procedures and instructions and we try to improve them constantly.

Teamwork

We are committed to teamwork. We believe we can do more together than each one of us alone. We are here to help each other and to achieve the best results.

Atmosphere in the company

We want to be ourselves at work. We want to be relaxed and not to lose the ability to laugh at things. We want to create a pleasant atmosphere at our workplaces to go to work with a smile.

We act to ensure that every employee has the right to information. We try to give our employees the necessary information to work efficiently and independently. We try to eliminate uncertainty and speculation. Being informed means to feel part of our business and be "in", be in the picture.
